This is a really special premium experience with warm, friendly service from Lizzie, Lance, Leo and Steph, amazing food and wine, fascinating stories and a fabulous boat. The service and food was fantastic and they certainly went beyond themselves to make it such a special trip. Thank you for taking the time and care to not only supply myself with alternative options for drinks but also to Lance for your insights into the mussels world. On top of that, making it a special celebration of our birthdays with the extra gifts and exclusive whiskey shots (yummo). The vessel Valerie is absolutely magnificent, and every detail of the journey was thoughtfully curated. From the stunning scenery and delicious food to the entertainment and insights shared by Captain Lance and his team, it all came together to create the perfect afternoon on the bay. I especially loved the cooking demonstrations, and there were so many incredible flavours to enjoy. Amazing food and wine - don't eat a thing before you board as you will want to try everything! Connie, Lizzie & Lance made us feel so welcome on their beautiful boat and made sure we enjoyed ourselves, fed us well & I mean well and taught us about mussels, oysters & the local area. The food & drinks were flowing (you definitely don’t leave hungry), it was so much fun & informative, loved the cooking demos, we learnt (& ate) so much about mussels and got to see dolphins along the way! Connie prepared the delicious mussels and made sure we had plenty of lovely wines to wash them down. Captain Lance has a wealth of knowledge and experience and was very happy to share it with us. Even the local dolphins put on a show for us! Can't wait to do it again.
